After Company name approval below documents will be required as Company address proof.

  • Identity Proof: PAN CARD of Proprietor.
  • Address Proof: Election I.D./ Driving License / Passport / AADHAR
  • Two Photographs of Proprietor
  • Address Proofs of Place of business where Registration is seeking.
  • Ownership Proof if own Premise or Rent Agreement.
  • Water/ Electricity Bill/ House Tax Receipt of premises.
  • Rent Agreement Registered / Notarized.
  • NOC from Owner
  • Bank Account No and MICR No.
  • Power of Attorney
  • One Local Address Proof in Delhi. Rent Agreement, NOC from Landlord, Electricity Bill. If party is from outside Varanasi.
  • Nature of Service / Business / Firm Objectives to be covered for Service Tax No.
  • Name of the Firm for getting Service Tax No. to be Registered with it.

  • Memorandum and articles or partnership deed
  • List of directors or partners
  • Board resolution or Authorizing letter
  • Form-32- Appoinment of Director
  • Form-18- Place of Business
  • PAN Card business
